Perry’s Realty is a local, independent real estate company dedicated to providing our clients with outstanding customer service. Our agents come from a wide range of backgrounds, including sales and marketing, real estate investing, financial/banking institutions, home construction and more. Our company works as a team, and believe that by working as a team we can better serve our customers. As a company, we place our clients’ needs and objectives first before closing any deal and always strive for excellence. We also believe that “work” should be fun, and the home buying and selling process should be fun as well. We strive to make your experience as stress free as possible. We are an exceptional team of Realtors® and we demonstrate this daily by first listening to you, then doing what it takes to meet your real estate needs. Our broker, Dr. Pierre Perry, is an experienced real estate investor and very knowledgeable of the Houston real estate market, and brings this training to the table when negotiating sales. Because we are an independent company, we are not restricted by marketing plans developed and approved by our franchise parent. Our agents are encouraged to exceed the required amount of continuing education, and encouraged to be active members in the community and to volunteer often.
